Jacuzzi Hot Tub Heaven......

Dont wish to travel abroad at the moment? Why not holiday with us and have your own private Jacuzzi Hot Tub.

Particularly popular with families with young children and also suitable for use by less able visitors as the cottage is all on one level on the ground floor. The cottage is luxuriously appointed to sleep four and boasts two cosy bedrooms, one with an antique style brushed brass double bed and a second twin bedroom. These will be ample for an additional two adults or children. The bright open plan living area contains kitchenette with fridge freezer, stove and cooker, toaster, microwave, combination sandwich toaster/waffle/panini grill, kettle etc. Full range of cook ware, baking ware, oven ware, oven to table, dining sets etc., We leave you the basics for your comfort, ie tea, coffee, suger, cooking oils, herbs,, milk, snacks etc. - just to help you to settle in.

If you have young children, perhaps they would like to visit our animal sanctuary, under your supervision.

Quality towels, bed linen and towelling robes for the hot tub are all provided along with a super range of glasses, champagne flutes and chicken themed dinner service. (Did we tell you, we love our chickens!?) Other goodies to increase your enjoyment include hair dryer, straighteners, iron and board.

The property also has a dinette, three piece suite, shower room/toilet. We can offer you the latest Smart TV, WIFI throughout. We have also supplied you with a selection of games and books.

Outside you have free parking and private garden decked area which is completely secure. We also give you your private genuine Jacuzzi hot Tub, garden furniture, seated storage box. Due to glass and ceramic dinner service not to be used in the garden area, w have supplied a full set of outdoor plastic cups and plates etc. Our guests are able to enjoy the outer lawned garden areas if they wish, and visit our private Animal Sanctuary under our supervision, feeding times are twice per day, morning and evening. (children must be supervised at all times) Please note, this is our home, we are not a holiday park, and therefore can offer suitable socially distances.

Tracy and Gary know the area really well, and will be on hand to help with guidance and advice about the area, and they and their family look forward to welcoming you to North Yorkshire. There are many brochures/books/leaflets etc in the cottage to help you plan your holiday.
